Business review data use
This notice covers the Google Profile review tool on mikecamby.com.
What the tool uses
We use the business name, website, city and industry you enter to find and review public business information. Please do not enter private customer, health, financial or account information.
How the review is generated
Business details are sent to OpenAI to research public pages and draft suggestions. When Google listing lookup is connected, the business name and city are sent to Google Maps Platform to find matching public listings. For your selected listing, we also request up to three public Google photos and up to five Google selected reviews. The preview shows their author credits and source links. Google photos and reviewer avatars load directly from Google image servers in your browser. Reviews are displayed as returned and are not sent to OpenAI. Links open the provider’s own site.
Storage
Website research is cached for up to six hours. Rate limit records use a hashed network address and expire after their limit window. Expired records are removed during subsequent requests. Google Maps content is fetched for the current review and is not saved in our research database or your browser storage. Hosting and service providers may process requests under their own policies.
Profile review requests
If you submit the profile review form, we collect your name, business name, email, website and optional phone number. Business details you entered above may be included to help us identify your business. We save your request securely and send it to our HighLevel customer relationship system so CAMBY Ai can respond. This form does not enroll you in marketing texts. Request records are kept for follow-up and customer service; email us to request access, correction or deletion.
Provider policies
Google Maps information is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. See also OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
